One of the biggest enablers for globalization has been technology. Take a look at publishing, for example, and how businesses went from printing presses to desktop publishing to always-instant blogs. Along the way, the very business of content generation changed, and the change happened all around the globe. Here's another example. The above video, in HD, was shot using a Canon still camera that's supposed to take photos. Normally, film cameras that shoot in High Def cost over $20,000. This video was shot using a $2000 camera.
